Financial Accounting (FI)

Financial Accounting Module ,which includes all qualifications for an effective financial solution, together with reporting, statistical information, access to data of other modules to be used in analysis and specialties offered for effective interpretation of those data enables ultimate level commercial transparency  that makes innovative decision processes possible.

Financial Accounting Module consists of these sub-modules in terms of functions:

General Accounting

All the accounting records related to company are kept, automatic transactions are done and reports with data generated are received by this submodule.

Accounts Receivable

Working integratedly with Sales & Distribution (SD) Module of  SAP, records of customers are kept, current account position is monitored and related reports are generated by this module.

Accounts Payable

Working integratedly with Material Management(MM) Module of SAP, records of suppliers are kept, current account position is monitored and related reports are generated by this module.

Fixed Assets Accounting

This submodule includes automatization of transactions like cost accounting and amortisation process beginning with procurement of fixed assets till dispose of them, and reporting of data generated.

Reports and accounts out of the other applications’ contents to meet the private needs of enterprises are generated and tracked by this module.

Budget Management

Budget Management  sub-module is used for determining company targets, preparing plannings, and for supporting management’s decision making process by enabling control of transactions with budget.

Traveling Expenses Management

Planning, recording, and monitoring transactions of travel expenses and related reports are managed by this module.

Cost Accounting (CO)

Cost Accounting and Control Module contain all the functions required for cost and income computation that will help the businesses on decision-making process. It provides the advantage of effective planning and control by creation of analysis and reports that will enable optimization of processes by separating the functions into cost and profit centers.

Costs and Income Types Accounting (CO – CEL)

Decisions on cost items, manufacturing and production factors can be taken effectively by providing follow-up and analysis of costs and income incurred in the business. Required data flows from the General Accounting Module (FI) automatically, so changes in the costs are updated continuously.

General Cost Control (CO- OM)

It includes follow-up, planning, detailed analysis and control of costs incurred in the business activities. Right product is important for the data needed for costing and profitability analysis.

Cost Center Accounting (CO -OM -CCA)

It is used for the purpose of controlling the costs, by separating the business into cost centers and determining the places that costs arise. So, this enables the follow up of cost efficiency of each functional area in the business and provides decisive information for management.

Internal Orders (CO- OM- OPA)

It includes follow up, planning and analysis of costs arising from internal order types such as production, maintenance / repair, investment, marketing, research and development, as a built in function. The planned costs and actual costs are compared periodically, so these costs are kept under control constantly.

Activity-Based Cost Accounting (CO- OM- ABC)

While Cost Center Accounting provides data about where the costs occur, costs are evaluated more strategically by the Activity Based Cost Accounting as complementary information and the costs injured are intended to support business objectives.

Profitability Analysis and Profit Center Accounting (CO-PA / EC- PCA)

The business is separated into independent areas in which profitability analysis can be done and analysis and periodic comparison of cost created and income derived by these units, follow up of effects of cost / income simulations improved on the profitability are performed.

Product Cost Accounting (CO-PC)

It is an application that enables calculation of the costs incurred in production process of a product. It constitutes the basis for determining the right price and the amount of production, for the product to be profitable.

Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM)

Financial Supply Chain Management Module supports standard financial accounting processes by providing sub modules supporting financial processes sucs as cash flow management and forecasting, customer credit risk limit management, collection management, conflict management, money market instruments management.


Credit Management

This module provides companies to manage customer risks effectively within the limits that will have been determined. Working integratedly with Sales&Distribution and Accounts Receivable, it prevents a possible limit excess so that customer  works within the limits determined.


Biller Direct

This module provides that customer can submit invoices electronically on weband  make payments online through portal by choosing invoices.
Cash and Liquidity Management

This module provides customers to generate reports of expected cash inflows and outflows and to generate cash flow reports by finding reasons behind cash inflows and outflows. So that it enables company to see  positive/negative cash flows  and manage treasury effectively.


Collection Management

This module provide supportship for an effective collection management. Accounts receivables can be assessed, rated and prioritized based upon criterias.Accounts receivables can be allocated to collection specialists according to colection strategy that will have been determined and collection specialists can contact with customers according to that prioritized list.


Dispute Management

This module helps companies to monitor and manage conflicts due to delinquency or not pay the full amount of debts from customers. If customers usually don’t make their payments or information about this debt within the company is not clear, Dispute Management module helps companies manage these circumstances effectively by supporting their work order with chronological order.


Inhouse Cash

This module provides group of companies to manage all cash transactions of the companies in the group centrally. It is possible to centralize all cash receivables from companies in the group and manage all payments centrally  on behalf of companies of group.
